Earlier this month, SIATech Indio, Moreno Valley, and Perris took a field trip to the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Farm. This was a Work Based Learning opportunity for students to observe a seasonal small business in operation. SIATech Perris and SIATech Moreno Valley High Schools will be OPEN as usual on Thursday, Sept. 12. Due to improving air quality conditions, our SIATech Perris campus and SIATech Moreno Valley campus will RE-OPEN for classes on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024. On August 14th, 2024, the Moreno Valley and Indio Independent Study Sites teamed up to visit the The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture in Riverside. The museum is a collaboration between the Riverside Art Museum and actor Cheech Marin, one of the world’s major collectors of Chicano art. This private-collection-gone-public gives the See The Story
SIATech’s network of public California high schools graduated more than 375 young people in 2023-2024. This number continues to climb as students complete the coursework and credits each student needs in order to graduate with a WASC-accredited diploma. As of today, June 6, 2024, the number of SIATech graduates in 2023-24 is 382! This is See The Story

Congratulations to SIATech’s latest Completer of the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Career Pathway! Student Gabriela Montes, who currently enrolled at SIATech East Los Angeles High School, is the first SIATech student to complete the three-course Entrepreneurship pathway and pass the Certiport exam to become certified in Entrepreneurship and Small Business. On Tuesday March 26, 2024, a total of 65 SIATech students were hosted by Mt. San Jacinto College for a day of empowerment and career exploration.
