Mental Health Workbooks

These books are best used in conjunction with a professional mental health provider, but can also serve as self-help books and activities. Remember, do not struggle alone, and we encourage you to reach out to staff or someone you trust for support. Staff can guide you to resources and referrals to get you professional help. While many of these resources state “for teens,” they can be used and effective for adults as well.
