SIATech: Making Flexible Learning Possible

For the past 25 years, SIATech has had a successful history of serving students who are ages 16-24 years old. Our students graduate high school and walk away with the skills they need to continue their professional and/or educational journey. Over the years more than 15,000 young people have graduated from SIATech high schools.

SIATech locations SIATech High Schools offer eight different independent study programs that strive to provide students with the necessary tools they need to succeed. These schools are located in El Centro, Chula Vista, Oceanside, Perris, Indio, Moreno Valley, Downtown Los Angeles, and East Los Angeles. You can live anywhere within the surrounding county and still attend.

At SIATech, we value the importance of education and work diligently with our students to set them on the path toward graduation. We recognize that various factors in life - whether it be parenting, working odd hours or a transportation issue - can impact a student's learning journey. That is why choosing to attend an independent study program like the one offered here at SIATech high schools is a great opportunity as we allow students to finish high school remotely. Students can work in our classrooms or work online from home remotely.

Upon enrolling at SIATech, our credentialed and caring staff will complete a "transcript review" of previous high school coursework in order to transfer as many credits as possible. SIATech students only need to focus on their remaining courses needed to graduate. In addition, all students are provided with laptops and Internet devices making it easy to log on and begin their course work anywhere, anytime. We want our students to be successful, and while students perform best when they can be in class with their teachers and fellow students, we also understand that personal and work commitments can make it difficult to come in person to the classroom each day. That's why we provide students the ability to work remotely, if needed and approved by your mentor teacher.

Students are asked to complete 20 hours of school work each week. However, SIATech's engaging and interactive curriculum can be done independently from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Students are given the flexibility to complete school work remotely from home but they are not alone on their journey. All students will have access to a Mentor Teacher that is there to not only provide support but also answer any questions in-person and online.
