Career Pathways

Let’s be honest, we all want to have rewarding and fulfilling careers. A founding principle of SIATech is the idea that we integrate academics with technology training. It is even the origin or our name - the School for Integrated Academics and Technologies!

Job training for SIATech students continues through our partnership with Job Corps in our classroom-based program and through WIOA workforce development agencies for our independent study sites.

SIATech and Job Corps

SIATech partners with the Job Corps program to give U.S. students (ages 16-24) the opportunity to earn their diploma while they learn a trade through this free Department of Labor program.

SIATech Independent Study vs. SIATech at Job Corps

SIATech High Schools offer two distinct educational programs for students: classroom-based high schools on Job Corps centers and independent study high school locations. Each option provides unique benefits and opportunities, allowing students to choose the environment that best supports their academic and personal goals. Whether students prefer the structured, community-oriented setting of Job Corps centers or the flexible approach of independent study high school classes from home, SIATech ensures that every student has access to quality education and the resources needed to succeed.
