Join our Mentor Program!
SIATech’s Career Pathways Mentor Program matches mentors
with high school students interested in their mentor’s career area.
Mentors help students graduate from high school and continue
along a promising career path. Mentors are provided with training
and support to help the students develop interview and job skills,
and to learn more about their career field.
Requirements for Mentoring
• Complete background check
• Complete TB Test
• Complete Interview
• Sign Mentor Program Agreement
Note: Mentors must be able to commit to the
program for six months and must be at least 21 years old.

Activities Include
• Virtual/in-person meetings
• Job shadowing
• Academic support and advice
