On May 4, SIATech Perris High School students: Jasmine Aleman, Jessica Valdivia and Monica Cardenas had their video nominated by the Riverside County Directing Change student video competition in the category of “Suicide Prevention.”

With over 350 student participants and 125 films across the county, their video is one of only five nominated in the category. All participants were invited to an Awards Ceremony at the Fox Theater in Riverside on May 4th. Students had an amazing time at the red carpet event which was also attended by SIATech Perris staff as well as CEO Dr. Linda Dawson.

Each student video nominated will be used locally for trainings, screening events, and other educational purposes. We are extremely proud of their efforts and accomplishment!
