SIATech offers students a Wellness services to promote mental, physical, and emotional health. We want our students to know we care and support about each of them. At SIATech, we offer mental health counseling, stress management workshops, and wellness activities such as yoga and mindfulness sessions. Students have access to resources that encourage healthy lifestyle choices, coping mechanisms, and help-seeking in times of stress. Through a compassionate and inclusive approach, SIATech’s Wellness Program fosters a supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally in order to achieve their full potential.

Statewide Programs
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) CalFresh is for people with low-income who meet federal income eligibility rules and want to add to their budget to put healthy and nutritious food on the table.
Woman, Infant, and Children (WIC): Call 1-888-942-9675. WIC is for new mothers, pregnant women, or mothers with children younger than 5 years of age. It can help with nutrition, access to health care, and benefits in buying healthy food.El Centro Area
